You will need:

• 100 metres chunky yarn
• A set of five 10mm double pointed needles (you can also start with a 10mm 40cm circular needle if you prefer but you will also need the double pointed needles to shape the crown)
• Pom pom maker or card to make a pom pom 85mm in size
• Wool needle.
