(1) ONLINE SHOP

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused / unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns will be accepted if the item is returned within 14 days of receipt. Lost items will only be refunded if they are insured and once this insurance money has been received from Royal Mail. If you would like to request a return please use the contact form to request the return stating the item you wish to return, the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Returns must include a copy of our delivery packing slip. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Please note you are responsible for delivery costs for returns.

Please note we cannot refund any customs import/duty charges for international orders.

(2) SHIPPING

While we do have much of our range in stock the majority of our items are made to order. We aim to keep turnaround times to around two weeks. If you need your item/s sooner or would like to check which items we have in stock please get in contact and we will do our best to help.

All items will be sent via Royal Mail tracked service if within the UK, or international tracked service if outside of the UK. If you require additional insurance please contact us.

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

Please note the customer is responsible for any duty/import taxes.

UK shipping is £3 or free for orders above £50.

International shipping is £15.
